We offer a hassle-free rental with most amenities that others don't provide, including towels, coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, etc. Most guests only need to bring their clothes, and toiletries, but we have some toiletries available if you forget yours, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a large bar for eating and gathering, a wet bar and wine frig, a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, and microwave. A separate dining room and social area can seat 8 at the table and 2-4 more on the sofa. The larger bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a sleep sofa that can sleep several children or 2 adults comfortably, with lamps that have USB ports to charge your phones. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed with views of Mt. Washington and night stands with USB chargers. Bedroom #3 has full bunk beds that can sleep adults or 4 children & night stands with USB chargers. The 4-Season porch features a futon that easily unfolds to sleep 2 adults and separate love seat currently closed and undergoing updates. The 3 season porch is open. 2nd futon couch in the upstairs nook is a great place to read, relax and take a nap and also folds out to sleep 2 adults. One full bathroom downstairs and a 3/4 bath upstairs (3/4 baths have a shower instead of a bathtub. Note: AirBnB only allowed for 1/2 bath or full bath in the description). Free off-site parking for guest trailers & ATVs across from Heritage Park during seasons with no snow.
