Home Walkthrough: The walkthrough below is organized as if you're walking through the home from the front door to the second story. Please note, this is a 2-story home so guests are required to walk up stairs to access two of the bedrooms. 1st Level - Main Living Area: - Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare your favorite dishes. There is a large side-by-side refrigerator with lower freezer, electric stove with glass cooking top, pod coffee maker (Pods included during your stay,) and all the basic kitchen necessities. The only appliance we don’t offer is a dishwasher. The kitchen also offers a large island with 2 barstools. - Living Area: With an open floor plan, the space easily accommodates up to five guests, providing ample space to unwind after a day on the lake. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the smart big screen TV while lounging on the two comfortable couches - Guestroom 1: This room has a queen size bed, large smart TV, side table with lamp, closet and large dresser. - Laundry Room: The laundry room provides a large stacking washing machine and dryer along with detergent and dryer balls - Bathroom: The downstairs full bathroom has a combination shower and tub, vanity and toilet. Towels and bathroom amenities are provided during your stay. 2nd Level - Upstairs: - Guestroom 2: This room has a queen size platform bed, stunning views of Newman Lake, smart TV and closet space. - Bathroom: the upstairs bathroom is a ½ bath and features a vanity with sink and mirror, toilet and storage. Bathroom amenities are provided during your stay. - Guestroom 3: This room features 1 twin-size bed and couch. Outdoors: - Deck: Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors on the large deck. There is ample seating, a lounger, propane firepit, Blackstone griddle and hot tub. Life Jackets and other lake gear are stored in the closet located off the deck. Dock your boat on our private boat slip or grab one of our kayaks for a day out on the water! ___________________________________ Please note that this property has restricted parking spots due to the proximity of the lake. Only 1 truck, or 2 small cars can be parked on the concrete pad located between the home and the lake. Parking is not permitted anywhere besides the concrete pad.
