This is. No Doubter! If you want an all inclusive great escape for a winter or summer rental don't pass this up. I wish I had bought this place.

Brynn was great to communicate with. She answered all my questions quickly. The home was very roomy, clean and the decor was very cute. We loved the fact we could take our boat and the house isn't far from the dock. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful, peaceful location . We all loved walking down to the docks / water every evening and around the neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors , and one even stop and helped my son with a fishing line that broke when my grandson was fishing. We were close enough to all the activity and bustle of town when we wanted to eat and shop but could retreat back to our tranquil location , when the little ones needed a nap . It was a great place for every age group , clean and welcoming .

We had several families staying in four different homes around Sylvan Lake. Brynns place was conveniently located by all of them and right across from the lake. My kids loved the basketball goal outside and the games inside the garage. Brynn was extremely helpful and got back to me quickly anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay again in her cute house!

Loved staying at such a beautiful place. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful amenities including beautiful kitchen perfect for gathering / eating well stocked with all cooking essentials. Bedrooms were inviting and I especially appreciated the large tub in the master bath, yet it also had a shower too! The separate sitting room and living rooms provided more than one area to relax. The outdoor patio was also a plus. Great host courteous quick to respond and went above and beyond when asked about a specific amenity ( steamer) and she purchased it and had it available when we arrived!Definitely plan to return for future stays.
