A modern and clean space to unwind. Awake refreshed for a day exploring the surroundings from this clean, sunny 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with a private heated pool. Head out & wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. This home features 2 separate areas with each its OWN bathroom. Have a glass of wine while enjoying the big heated pool and the outdoors with a covered dining area & BBQ. Every room has a TV. Your Vacation Home with 3 bedrooms has modern furnishings, a pool with a heater, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. It’s also close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 8-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the right side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the left side of the home. One guest room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing and 1 TV. The laundry room provides a full-size top/front-load washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay. This home is located just a short drive to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales or Duval’s, all within an easy 5-10 minute drive from the house. We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, try-sized toiletries, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use. TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival, including 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. However, please note that we do not restock items during your stay Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and hand towels. Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage has the owners truck in it, (no opener) but most guests typically just use the driveway. Be sure to see our guidebook for local business and dining recommendations. * POOL INFO Please use extra caution to ensure safety around the pool area at all times. Remember, no diving in the pool and no running around the pool. CHILDREN UNDER 12? Message us about their ability to swim on their own without the need for flotation devices. * POOL HEATER * The pool heater is set to 85* (winter months only) and should not be altered. The heater and pool pump both run from about 9 am til 5 pm. The heater only heats throughout that time, and the timer can also NOT be altered. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEE THAT THE SKIMMER IS NOT HALFWAY COVERED WITH WATER, PLEASE FILL UP THE POOL WITH THE PROVIDED HOSE AND TIMER. 1 TO 2 HOURS SHOULD USUALLY PUT THE LEVEL BACK TO ITS NORMAL HEIGHT. Please let us know if there is any way we can help during your stay. EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised that there is one recording camera doorbell at the front door on the exterior of the house. There are no interior cameras or audio devices. PETS Please note that pets are currently not allowed. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to message us prior to booking. If a pet is brought into the property without any written approval, a substantial additional fee will be charged. POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL *** Please note that we do have pool service, lawn service, and pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them, but they won't notify you prior to their arrival.

Rebecca’s place was exactly as pictured. The setup was perfect for me and my children and they loved the pool. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed in one of Rebecca’s properties and we are never disappointed. The property its self was perfect, had enough space and the pool was amazing. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Rebecca is an amazing host, always responsive and always finds a way to accommodate us. We will definitely be back to one of her properties.

Surrounded by water, Cape Coral is a quaint coastal community with plenty to offer nature lovers, families, and couples. This welcoming and vibrant community hosts many events from family-friendly movies in the park to farmers markets and special holiday celebrations.
Developed in the 1950s to showcase its easygoing waterfront lifestyle, “The Cape'' boasts over 400 miles of canals that connect to the Great Calusa Blueway, the Caloosahatchee River, and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat, kayak or canoe to this boater’s paradise — or you can rent or charter from local businesses — and spend your days on the water. Lace up your hiking shoes and visit Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, which offers trails and boardwalks where you can spot eagles, ibis, herons, and other wading and migratory birds.
Cape Coral may have been built around the water, but with more than 1,500 acres of parks offering playgrounds, picnic areas, tennis amenities, and waterfront parks with boat ramps, kayak launches, and swimming, there’s plenty to do on water and land. At Rotary Park, a nearly mile-long footpath that is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail cuts through uplands and salt marshes and offers bird sightings to quiet and patient watchers. Renowned for having the largest population of burrowing owls in Florida, you might see a burrow marked off with four PVC pipes or catch glimpses of these small owls all around the Cape. The annual Burrowing Owl Festival in February offers tours of burrows, special activities for kids, and informational sessions about this special bird and other important species in Southwest Florida.
With more than 90 miles of interconnected biking routes, Cape Coral has been designated a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Grab your handlebars and pedal through nature preserves and along scenic canals to marinas, beaches, and shopping and dining areas. One of Florida’s largest communities by land mass, take advantage of the unique opportunity to explore the nooks and crannies of the Cape on two wheels.
Waterfront restaurants, breweries, and even a distillery offer amazing views that are rivaled only by the fresh food and bespoke beverages on offer. Families will have a blast at the Sun Splash Family Water Park with over 14 acres of waterslides, kid-friendly play areas, and a lazy river. Gator Mike’s Family Fun Park has something for every member of the family from go-kart racing and zip lines to mini-golf and an arcade.

Our neighborhood and Cape Coral downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short drive away.
Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.
The house is only a few minutes from the bridge that connects over to Fort Myers, which makes it easy for a Ft Myers driver to head over quickly.
