There was an issue with the thermostat when we arrived. Della had a technician there in no time and the issue was fixed! House was very comfortable!

Della was a wonderful host and the accomodations were perfect for me and my little group! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the accomodation to hang out and relax. The house was in a beautiful location and was in a great spot with easy access to several major roads. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going as a group to see beautiful West Virginia.

It was a great place to stay for our trip to New River Gorge! The house was great and close to lots of amenities, no complaints!

We only stayed a night so we could ski at Winterplace. It’s a great house, very comfortable, well decorated, well supplied with everything you might need. Home away from home. We'd happily stay again and recommend it for others. Beds are very comfortable. The only con is that it's very close to a busy road so if you're a light sleeper like me, that might bug you. Also lots of stairs to the main door from where you park the car, so if you can't do stairs easily, this might not be for you. It did not bother us at all.
