The Wolery is a modern, stylish 1 bedroom apartment. Privately annexed to my home in the Cornish Village of Ashton, it has a private sunny courtyard and ample off road parking. Ashton is nestled between the mile long, golden sand beach of Praa Sands and the bustling fishing harbour of Porthleven. Idealy located for visiting local towns such as St Ives, Falmouth, Helston and Penzance. Rinsey Cove & many other secluded beauty spots to swim, bathe, surf, and relax, are right on the doorstep. A delightful space with everything you need for a ‘home from home’ experience. The furnishings and fixtures are all designed for comfort and cosiness and are complimented by the style of the property. The open plan lounge/kitchen area has french doors out onto a patio where you can sit and enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun. The kitchen has a large solid oak breakfast bar with seating and preparation area. Well equipped shaker style kitchen with solid wood work tops. Dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. Oven & Grill, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan. All the kitchen utensils and equipment needed to enjoy cooking a meal for yourselves, are provided if you choose to. The comfy sofa and ambient lighting options, offer a great place to chill out, relax after a busy day of sightseeing and enjoy an evening listening to music or watching tv with access to a range of firestick channels. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, stylish bedside lights with usb charging ports and a large built in wardrobe. Again French doors lead out onto a private patio with seating area to capture the early morning sun. There is a large wardrobe with ample clothes hanging space. The compact en-suite shower room with large walk in power shower has ample storage for toiletries. There is also access to a small office space and utility room by prior arrangement, if required.

We stayed 12 nights & From check in to check out we had a great experience, this space is completed to an excellent high standard, you will feel right at home immediately. Sonia went above and beyond to make our stay extremely enjoyable. We will not be thinking twice regarding staying at the Wolery again and would recommend to our family & friends when they visit Cornwall.
It was great to stay at Sonia’s place. It’s well located and easy to get to and from all the interesting places in Cornwall. Sonia’s a great host and I would definitely recommend staying at her place.
The wolery was everything we could have wished for and more. With it being well connected to areas around Cornwall and its gated parking area, it was ideal for us. Upon arrival, Sonia welcomed us and instantly made us feel at home. She has been so helpful throughout our stay, recommending the most amazing places for us to visit. The wolery itself was pristine and homely, with all appliances we could need. From the booking process to the time we left, Sonia has been a huge help, making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. It has been the best places we have stay on AirBnb and we absolutely plan on returning in the future and highly recommend!
Sonia is a wonderful host and her attention to detail is second to none. We had a lovely 4 night stay and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend for a couple wanting to explore the beautiful coastline of Cornwall with all it has to offer.
Amazing place to stay with a brilliant host, Sonia was more than happy to help with anything required and was more than accommodating. We were met by Sonia upon arrival and shown around the property, the property itself was amazing, completely spotless, with all of the necessities for a short or a long term stay. Sonia was also very helpful in finding activities or places to eat etc. Definitely recommend staying here without any doubts, I will definitely be back to stay here again! Thanks again Sonia!

Ashton is a pretty village on the edge of the Southwest Coastal Path, with local beaches within walking distance and a great local pub with outdoor seating and serving a wide range of drinks and tasty pub grub. Situated on the main bus route between Penzance and Falmouth. The pretty historic town of Helston is only 5 miles away with plenty of local shops, pubs and cafe's and 3 Supermarkets.
On site parking and on a main bus route to major towns.
