Nice little bnb. good easy walk to lake foreshore/sailing club. Good pool but a bit in the neibours view as their veranda looks down on to pool. Would stay again.

Great location to do an everglades tour from, great communication, almost no noise apart from the local animals, can recommend!

There's a fine line between shabby chic and shabby which is what this property was. Interior surfaces were not clean eg table top etc as evidenced by filthy dishcloth when wiped. Exterior surfaces were mouldy or just dirty and need a good clean. The perspex pool wall was grubby with hand? marks. We also felt it was dishonest of the host not to advise that there were roadworks in front of the property, which started at 7 am on the Friday morning with loud machinery. The roadworks partially blocked access to the property, including the host's telephone number. When I had trouble opening the lock box, I was unable to call anyone as I had no mobile reception. When the host arrived, she indicated her phone number was on the sign at the front of the property, but that sign was covered over with the roadworks barrier so not actually visible. At ~ $380 a night this property did not represent good value.

Fantastic location next to the lake. Bird life was amazing. The house is homely and quaint. Linen was clean and there was enough of it. Kitchen is small and well stocked and functional. Loved our stay here.
