Great stay at Boreen Point. Location is fantastic and close to the pub. Host extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment is tidy and free of clutter. Only improvement would be the addition of Wifi as there is minimal phone reception in Boreen Point. Thanks for the great stay! Would highly recommend.

The apartment is spacious, light and clean. The listing describes it as 'a fully-equipped, self-contained holiday unit'; no mention is made of the absence of wi-fi. The kitchen is also described as 'fully equipped'. In fact, it lacked not only a dishwasher, but even a dishrack for stacking washed dishes. Other little omissions - such as a hair-dryer, replacement bin liners and even a pot-scourer - all suggested to us that the management of this property is not at the same quality as the apartment itself. Disappointing - at more than $250 a night.

Okay property to stay at that is clean and has adequate facilities. Location is great for lake and township access. Check in is easy. A few pros and some cons that could be improved on to make guest stays more comfortable. Pros - walking distance to lake, parks, pub and cafe. -good cleaning of the property - nice bathrooms - spacious Cons - outdoor furniture used as indoor couch and table - large skylight windows in both bedroom with no blinds. Being Queensland summer light streams from 4:30am. Both rooms heat up quickly during the day and only one has aircon. - inadequate blinds (only come down 1m on 2m windows) in living/kitchen area so only partial privacy to the street - downstairs neighbour blocked our car park for the whole weekend onsite and turned on noisy washing machine in joint common area at 3am one morning.
