This was a great get away place for our family. It was comfortable for rest and had a sweet view of the lake from the deck. The boat dock was nicely shaded and had plenty of space for those who wanted to fish while others were in and out of the water. We enjoyed it very much and hope to come back.

It was a great stay overall, but the large management company doesn’t really know the property. Every time you contact them, it’s a different person who responds. I understand how it works, and we’d probably stay there again, but it doesn’t have the welcoming feel that we’ve had with other stays. Loved being close to the Food Lion and Bridgewater marina to fill up gas for the boat. Make sure to bring/buy trash bags, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, baggies, foil, plastic wrap, toiletries, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent etc. (plus your own lake towels) if you’re staying for longer than a night or two. Also, there is not a pack n play sheet provided and they confirmed ahead of time there would be laundry detergent, however they must have forgotten to restock it (probably only would have been 3 pods).

Wonderful amenities and gorgeous lake views! Any negatives were far outweighed by the positives of this house. There were lots and lots of activities to do both inside and outside this house, from games to kayaks, fishing and peddle boat, nightly fire pit by the lake and so much more. We had plenty of seating both inside and out on the back deck overlooking the beautiful lake. The location cannot be beat for kayaking and fishing. Just a warning that there are LOTS of steps both inside and outside (many of the homes appeared to have the same due to slope on the lake). Bring garbage bags as they do not give you extras. Also, pack more washing pods because they only give you 1 set of towels per person. But these small inconveniences did not spoil our stay or impact our review. We would definitely rent this house again and stay longer next time! Thank you for sharing your much loved home with all of us. Wonderful memories made on the lake!

Beautiful setting. Convenient location. Steep driveway and yard to lake. Comfortable furnishings. Only cable in main living room. DVD players, but no cable. Didn't have a welcome package/trashbags. Once fees, etc were added in, it became a $500+/night weekend :(.

Great stay over Thanksgiving, last minute booking. Right on the lake. Firepit by the lakeside. Gameroom has Ms Pacman, pool table, foosball, and more. Gas grill on deck works and has propane.
