Kai is a wonderful host! She was quick to respond to any questions and the listing was home away from home: super clean, spacious, and the neighborhood was quite. Definitely worth the money and peace of mind!!

I have stayed in many airbnbs and cabins, but nothing has come close to this stay. As soon as you arrive you see a very welcoming clean front entryway. Once you walk in the place just feels right at home! It was spotless, smelled wonderful (just that good clean smell). The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were stocked and well cleaned (she even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you forgot your own!). Every tv worked well and had many channels and apps to choose from. Sadly we didn’t get to use the fire pit but the view from the back porch was so cute! The one thing I can’t stop to say enough about is how well stocked this place was… extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, soap (of any kind), bath towels, blankets, sheets, but the kitchen was the best. Every pot, pan, slow cooker, air fryer, utensil, and appliance anyone could ever need was completely available! There were spices and extra bottled water! If we visit again I’d book to stay here 1,000 times over!

This townhouse is beautiful--from top to bottom, it is a great, warm place to stay. The view from the back deck is stunning--it was a total surprise and just gorgeous. Kai's place is so well stocked--she has everything taken care of. The house is clean, quiet and beautifully furnished. It is a 20-minute drive from downtown Nashville and a welcome reprieve from all the action downtown. There is not one negative attached to this fabulous place! We will definitely be back!
