Conveniently located between the airport and downtown, our cottage is only 10-15 minutes from Nashville's biggest attractions. The Indoor Space Our cottage is a newly renovated, quaint 1145 sqft with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, open concept kitchen/living room, and den. We aim to provide you with a clean, comfortable yet stylish stay in Music City! Bedrooms Your sleep quality matters to us! And because we know how hard it can be to get a good night's rest when you're away from home, we have equipped each bedroom with brand new memory foam mattresses, light blocking curtains and blinds, premium 100% cotton percale sheets, and Dohm sound machines. Fans and extra pillows and blankets are also provided. A pack-n-play is available if needed. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with Full size lower bunk and Twin size upper bunk Kitchen I love to cook! I think you’ll find the kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals from scratch. In addition to pots/pans, dishes, and utensils, basic spices and olive oil are also provided. For those traveling with little ones, child-friendly dishes and a highchair are provided. A starter supply of coffee is provided with several means of preparation (standard coffee pot, moka pot, and french press). Filtered drinking water is on tap. Full size electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer are included. Please note that at this time, we do not have an icemaker or garbage disposal. Living Room With comfy seating and a new 55” smart tv, the living room is a great place to relax and unwind after exploring Nashville. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Disney+, and other apps are available for you to log in to. Books, board games, and puzzles are also provided. The Outdoor Space Carlyle’s backyard oasis is ready to welcome you to the South! The house sits on a half-acre lot with flower garden beds throughout. If you are visiting in the spring or summer, you're likely to enjoy the many blooms around the property. The patio is accessed through the den and provides an outdoor dining/seating area with string lights overhead. A charcoal Weber grill is also provided, giving you everything you need for a lovely outdoor evening in Nashville. Because of our proximity to Nashville’s highways, you may notice the hum of traffic, particularly in the backyard. Personally, we have not noticed this much while indoors and find that our quick access to I-24 and Briley Parkway outweighs the accompanying sound. Please be mindful that we are located in a residential, family-friendly neighborhood that is typical of middle class Nashville. We have a great deal of respect for our neighbors and ask that our guests kindly extend that same respect during their stay. Because of this, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and general raucousness.
