The location was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of restaurants and activities that we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have stayed in the upper unit before and loved it, but it wasn't available for the dates we needed. Fortunately, we got a chance to stay in the studio unit downstairs. It's a beautiful studio with ample space for a small family (we are a family of 3, plus a dog). Everything was very clean and updated -it's pretty obvious to me that the owner takes a lot of pride in the rental. Location is awesome. We are in Morro Bay every 3-4 months, and the two rentals from Russell are fast becoming our favorites!

Thank you to Patrick and Russel for a wonderful stay! We loved the location and proximity to everything we needed including shops and restaurants. The space is beautiful and quiet and perfect for traveling with our dogs. I cannot thank you enough for hanging the birthday banner for my husband's birthday. it was so special.

This was such a nice, spotlessly clean space. We really enjoyed it. Easy to park and access the studio. Location at Morro Bay was perfect for us —- right across the street from the bay, restaurants, boutiques, and a fabulous view of the Morro Bay Rock. The host communicated well. Everything was as stated! We will be booking here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
