Excelente atención.
The place is cozy and comfortable and Melany was lovely and helpful. The only downside was that the location is farther removed from central Otavalo than it appeared when we received the location through AirBnB upon booking, and that wasn’t clear to us until we were trying to find the place. Still highly recommended.
I wasn’t able to get there, but Melany was very kind all the time.
