Nice stay overall. Great hot tub, clean and cozy place. The only issue was that the WiFi did not work on the day of our stay; however, it wasn't James's fault, but the provider company's. And he was kind enough to offer a £20 refund for that.

The shower wouldn’t stay on a usable heat it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The latch on the gate to the compound was difficult to open we had to use a hammer from my van (good think I had tools on the van) as it was too tight to open it otherwise. The door to the room wasn’t working properly either, we had to slam it shut and force it open and didn’t have no card to lock it as described in instructions. The room and hot tub was clean. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor area was private and a lovely vibe. Was just a shame about the communication and issues with the doors and no lighter (we don’t smoke so didn’t have one). James was polite when he did communicate and offered us a later check out as courtesy for us having to wait before we could get in due to him sending us the wrong code for the padlock and not responding when we called and messaged.
