This newly constructed home, surrounded by a lush tropical garden is an oasis in Santa Ana town center. It is located in a quiet and safe área, short minutes driving to shops, restaurantes, office centers, hospitals and tourist attractions. Perfect for long stays, remote working, medical tourism, one day tours base and digital Nomads. Fast Wi-Fi (300MB fiber) and ethernet ports in-rooms and common areas. This guesthouse is a detached house located next to the main property but maintains its privacy. You will share the garden with Iriabel, who lives there. Iriabel is a professional stylist and provides services in her exclusive salon on the property, which you will have access to if you wish. You may see her at the garden taking care of her plants with great dedication and also you can find Alana with her, a 10 years old Artois Hound dog, very affectionate and calm. The guesthouse has 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms. The Master bedroom is on the main floor and the other is upstairs, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden from its balcony. The open areas (kitchen-dining room, living room and large terrace) make this place perfect for socializing with friends or families. In addition, the separate bedrooms and different garden spaces allow you to enjoy the silence in a serene oasis. We like to share certain luxury amenities we enjoy: - King size Serta mattresses, 400 thread count cotton linens with new pillows. - Smart TVs in rooms and common area with streaming and cable. - Individually controlled A/C units in rooms and kitchen/living area. - Spacious walk-in showers in each bathroom, good quality towels. - Fast Wi-Fi (300MB fiber) and ethernet ports in-rooms and common areas.

El lugar es precioso. Tal cual se ven las fotos y de hecho las lindo aún ! Cómodo y tranquilo. Con muchas zonas para relajarse y pasar un rato agradable. La casa tiene de todo! Súper organizado y ordenado! Camas muy cómodas y la tina en el baño fue un plus! Excelente lugar fuera de la locura pero suficientemente cerca para tener todo a mano. Será nuestro lugar cada vez que visitemos San José! Gracias Evelin por hacer de nuestra estadía y un muy buen momento
Evelin's place was exactly as described! Our stay was delightful, with the property located conveniently close to a mall/plaza and within walking distance of several restaurants on the adjacent street. The description provided was accurate in every detail, right down to the thoughtful inclusion of soft-close cabinets. The aesthetics were beautiful, and waking up to the private garden was a wonderful experience. The street was incredibly peaceful and quiet. Evelin and her co-host Iribel were responsive whenever we needed them. We did encounter a slight issue with door access, but Iribel's mother was extremely pleasant and accommodating until Evelin and Iribel were able to quickly rectify the situation. Their mother stayed with me until the workman resolved the problem and even helped me practice my Spanish! I would absolutely recommend staying at Evelin's place and if I am ever in Santa Ana, again, I will absolutely be staying here!
Me and my daughter came from the US and stayed 9 days. This was our first time out of America so we were pretty nervous. The home was absolutely gorgeous and even better in person. It is very safe and private even though her mom lives on the same property. This actually made me feel better. It is right in the center of everything so you can walk to whatever you need. I had a couple of issues with stuff like turning the oven on or ordering Uber food but the host was extremely helpful and answered almost immediately no matter the time. The outside is beautifully landscaped and her mom is super nice and will help if needed also. All the windows in the house open so you get a nice flowing breeze throughout. The home was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

One of the best areas of San Jose, you can walk to good restaurants, large supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, banks, cinemas. Only 10 minutes from the Multiplaza shopping center, Cima hospital, close from downtown San José and 25 minutes from the airport.
The area is very safe, quiet, surrounded by nature. The view from the room is beautiful.
The best way to get here is to type on Waze or Maps “Calle Portacelli” in Santa Ana.
We are located on Calle Portacelli in Santa Ana. As you drive down Portacelli, our house is located about 100-150 meters (300-450 feet) from the intersection on the left hand side. Look for the terracotta/orange wall and wooden gate on your left.
We have free parking on our premises.
