Welcome to our ‘Peace of The Beach’. This is a two story two bedroom /two bath townhouse home. There is a private garage attached with a private washer/dryer. Two adult beach bikes are provided for guest use during your stay. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. You walk in through the garage and then enter the first floor of the home, there is a nice open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen with one full bathroom with shower. Walk out the door from the living room to the first floor patio that looks into the courtyard area and two pools. Enjoy comfortable seating for relaxation in the Florida sunshine (with Southern Exposure !)! There are two pools (one heated in winter months!) within steps of this back patio , one to the right and the other to the left. Walk 3-5 minutes to the beautiful beach private community direct access with sun deck , again for enjoying those Florida rays and refreshing salt air. Beautiful sandy St Augustine Beach awaits ! Enjoy our sandy beach, a favorite for boogie boarding, shark tooth hunting and having too much fun in the sun ! Don’t forget your boogie boards , sand toys and surf boards ! What’s nice about this home is you have a secured space to store all of that type of beach stuff in the garage. Back at the home , head upstairs to the two bedrooms , with another full bathroom with tub shared between them . To one side is the bedroom with two queen beds,with a balcony that looks onto the two pools and beautiful courtyard area . On the other side is the king bedroom with another balcony off of it for a little bit lof fresh air and maybe star gazing at night . Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. Private, dedicated Wi-Fi is provided. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a meal at home after a long day of sun and sea and sightseeing ! Private washer/dryer for those of us that like to keep up with laundry while away. Nice dining table that seats 6. Comfortable seating in living room.
