We like the location of the property, as we stayed at the same development before. Our initial impression was unsatisfactory because the unit had not been cleaned. I called Coastal Realty, and they did send someone to clean it somewhat, and they took the cleaning fee off, which was appreciated. The frustration was that when I called to tell them that the unit had not been cleaned, I was told they would send someone to do a touch up. I explained that a touch up would not be enough. The housekeeper who arrived was very surprised to find the condition of the unit, as she was told only a touch up was needed. She was not prepared to tackle a full cleaning. She did the best she could. Sadly, no mopping occurred, and there was no mop in the unit, nor a dustpan. Also, upon arrival, the packet instructions said to do laundry at checkout, but no detergent was available. This information is needed before arrival. We brought our own, but not enough for what we were unaware of.

Great location. Close to the beach access road. Mostly clean and updated. If it rains the parking lot will flood. That was very inconvenient for going out in the evening.

We loved our stay at this 3 bedroom beachfront condo. When we first arrived (at night) we opened the patio doors to a huge balcony and listed to the waves crashing on the beach. The balcony had 2 wicker chairs, a couch and 2 small tables. In the daylight, the view from the balcony is of a beautifully tended courtyard(flowers, grass and palm trees) 2 pools, the dunes and the beach in the distance. The condo had new kitchen appliances and the entire place seemed to be newly remodeled. There was extra everything- bath towels, kitchen, bath and dishwasher soaps and a fully stocked kitchen with extra place settings and silverware. We spent our days at the beach(path behind the pool.) If we forgot something at the beach, we just ran back to the condo to get it. It was close to St. Augustine and drove into town several nights (15 minutes.) My family all agreed this was our favorite condo at the beach and we’d definitely rent it again. We loved it!!
