Our holiday lets are comprised of two self-contained, private properties sleeping two guests in Holly Lodge and two guests in Little Orchard. There is a secure inter-locking door between the two properties allowing the two properties to be let together as whole sleeping six. The properties are set in just over half an acre of grounds surrounded by apple orchards.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming country lodge nestled amidst breathtaking countryside. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the serene beauty of the surroundings. The lodge is situated in a picturesque setting, the amenities provided were exceptional, catering to every need and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy interiors exuded warmth and rustic charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The only small minor detail is the double bed, we found it to be less comfortable than expected. The surface felt somewhat uneven, and unfortunately, it didn't provide the support needed for a restful night's sleep. Despite this minor comment, our overall impression of the lodge remains overwhelmingly positive and we eagerly look forward to our next visit!
Lovely stay at Holly Lodge. my only point to someone with dogs would be that the enclosed garden includes the share drive and therefore if the other lodge guests come/go you have to be aware to recall your dog so they don't bolt for them or the gate. not good for a reactive dog.

We had a relaxing break in this beautiful home. The surroundings were idyllic with views out to the orchards and walks out to Milstead and beyond. The property is really well equipped and beautifully furnished. We would 100% recommend. During our stay we visited the Ringlestone Inn for a fantastic meal and drove out to Elmley nature reserve for beautiful walks and scenery.

Situated on the edge of Milstead village, within an area of outstanding natural beauty, it offers visitors seclusion, tranquility and comfort. The properties each have their own gardens overlooking an apple orchard which are adjacent to rural footpaths and close to cycle routes. The gardens come complete with comfortable outside furniture for dining and relaxing. The nearest station is situated in Sittingbourne (15 minute car drive) with the train journey to London being approximately 50 minutes.
The local towns of Sittingbourne and Faversham offer many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and gift shops.
Parking is available on site. As the lodge is located just outside a small pretty village, a car is essential to get around.
