Our home on Lake Lanier comes with large windows that offer a beautiful view of the lake. It is a great place to chill and recharge! Enjoy relaxing in a hammock, reading, kayaking, swimming, relaxing on the dock or sitting in front of a fire outdoors under the stars or indoors when the weather is cooler. The lake house has a private dock with an upper deck giving you a great view of the lake and plenty of space for hanging out. You can also catch the most colorful sunsets from the dock! The master bedroom is upstairs with a full private bathroom and loft offering a spectacular view of the lake. On the main floor you’ll find a large living area where family & friends can gather to play games, have a foosball competition, build a fire or just simply relax and enjoy the view. The house has high-speed internet and smart TVs. The main floor also includes a half bath, large dining area and a Full kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, coffee pot, keurig, and typical amenities for cooking. There is a gas grill on the deck off the kitchen with utensils for the grill, an outdoor table & chairs. In the kitchen you’ll also find fire pit forks for roasting s’mores outdoors. We provide coffee & tea as well as dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner. We do have a fireplace and a fire pit and while there may be supplies on hand it is recommended to bring along any wood, fire starters, etc if you intend to use either. Downstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms that share another full bath. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with 3 single beds; two of those beds being upper bunk beds. The second bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have windows with a view of the lake. The downstairs also includes an additional living area with a TV and a futon that can convert to a bed. Last, this is where you’ll find the laundry room, cleaning supplies if you need them, some chairs to use at the dock, and a corn hole game. This area has access to the lower deck with outdoor seating and a hammock.
