luis was great host and his representative at the building responded really quickly. luis was really accommodating with early check in and we had to leave a day early and refunded one night as well.

This place was great ! Location Location Location! Plenty of taxis to take you places … shopping was close and everything was right there ! You can actually walk everywhere in Boca Grande/Laguito

If you are looking for a great and affordable location that is within walking distance to beaches such as Playa Hollywood or near nice restaurants while you are in Cartenga this is the home for you! The host is very responsive, our flight landed early and he allowed us to checkin a few hours early. We also had difficulty finding the location as the address did not have the name of the building, but Luis responded very quickly and we were able to find his home with no issues. Security in the building is very good as we always felt safe. No one is allowed past the front desk security without a wrist band. Also in order to enter the building you must be buzzed in by security. Now, this location is guests friendly. If you know you know, but please make sure you confirm with the hosts and double check with the security guards in the building regarding having guests over. The home itself looks exactly like the pictures and it feels a lot bigger in person. Easily would stay here again 5 ⭐️’s
