Brilliant location. 2mins walk from the train station. we travelled from the airport to the flat by train (so easy and cheap). Squeaky clean.. spotless flat. Very quite complex. Vatican across the road and an office where you can buy a bus tour of all the great sights including the coliseum. The only negative was no working toaster and no kettle in the flat we had to boil hot water in saucepans to make our tea.

A gorgeous apartment block close to a metro station, although we also could walk into central Rome in 40 minutes. The Vatican museums are 6 minutes walk. The owner sent restaurant recommendations and they were great! Locally- Romano was fantastic. The apartment was lush- classic lines and high ceilings, comfortable beds and immaculately clean. Good bathroom and kitchen, although a kettle would have improved the facilities- as British tourists we would have appreciated being able to make a cup of tea! A great stay in Rome- we will be back! Ciao!

Our 5 night stay with our family of 5 was great. It’s very close to the metro and bus stops. We took the bus once and the metro the rest of the time. We liked being away from the super touristy area even though it’s just a short walk to the Vatican. It is across the street from a church and hospital so there are bells and sirens but since the bedrooms are away from that street it did not bother our sleep (only if windows were open or there were people in the private courtyard). There was plenty of soap and toilet paper, a baby crib, and enough space for us. We arrived late and there was a hot water issue. However, they responded right away in the morning and had a quick easy fix for the temporary until someone came that day. When we arrived back at the flat from sightseeing we had hot water and no issues after. They are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. My only complaint is that the bath mat could be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly. We would recommend!
