Derek’s home was perfect for our 10 day trip! The photos are accurate to the space and you truly cannot beat the location! We loved everything about our stay & we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this BoHo Chic condo. It is situated in a quiet complex with friendly neighbors and two nice pools. It is also within walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants, bars, casino. I played quite a bit of golf during my stay and it was convenient to Indian Canyon, Cimmaron, Mission Hills, etc. In short, it was a terrific stay.

We spent 4 weeks at Derek’s place and we definitely loved everything. The place is awesome, has everything you could need and it’s in a great location, walkable to downtown and lots of restaurants. The pool areas are really beautiful and peaceful. I definitely recommend this place. Derek is responsive and helpful. I hope to come back soon.

Derek was a great host, and his place is SO close to everything! Loved being able to walk to pretty much any restaurant in downtown Palm Springs within 5-15 minutes. Enjoyed every minute hanging by the pools (there are two!) and soaking in the hot tub. The place was well stocked and decor was so fun and stylish. We stayed for nearly all of November (and enjoyed a Thanksgiving in the desert!) and were able to truly relax and make great memories at Derek’s condo. Great place in a fantastic location! Will definitely try to book again in the future!

This location was absolutely perfect for my October getaway! The place was so charming and decorated beautifully. I didn't have a car on this trip, but it wasn't needed since everything was within a 10 minute walk. The complex was great, two pools, a tennis court, and fruit trees that you can pick the fruit and eat it. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen essentials you'd need and more. I loved the design of the bathrooms too! Derek was a great host and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this beautiful place. I will definitely be back again.
