Not suitable for a family holiday. No tv for the duration of our stay TV wasn’t able to work manually, made all the right noises about getting a replacement remote as the other wasn’t in house, nothing turned up. Not ideal when toddlers in part of the holiday group. Had to wash the cutlery prior to use and property’s advertising to sleep 7 but only 4 sets of knifes and forks available. Mould starting to form on bathroom wall and can see damp patch’s in the sitting room where plaster is bubbling. Great big rooms but Very disappointed with the standard.

Great house with fab bedrooms and loads of room. Parking directly outside. Walking distance to Chester City Centre, and close to local shops & supermarkets. Slight issue when arriving as keys located in incorrect lockbox. Kitchen cutlery could also have done with a clean.
