This house was perfect for our time in the area. Great location and proximity to places we visited. The Spring Wheel Company was a great host, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we get back to the area.

I love the tiny house! It is beautiful inside and the surrounding area is fantastic to enjoy. I would recommend the Spring Wheel tiny house in Hancock!

We loved the small quaint house. It was clean and well stocked with coffee. The host was prompt and responsive for check in. Overall, very nice house in good location and but pricey for the area and time of year.

My husband and I are interested in building a tiny home so when we found Ava, it was a no brainer! We celebrated an early Christmas with my son and asked for an earlier check in. No problem and the response was within minutes! We got to check in 2 hours early which was very helpful. The house was spotless, warm, cozy, and very inviting! We had literally everything we needed there, it was close to convenience stores when needed, and the binder was very helpful! The bed and pull-out sofa bed were very comfortable, and the linens were perfect for the temperature! The only 2 improvements I would say would be the spiral staircase but I understand there are limited options with a tiny house. My son conquered his fear of it within 30 minutes! I also wish we could have seen more water but we saw more when we were in the loft. Overall, this was definitely worth the time, money, and we made some very good memories there! We will be renting from them again! Thank you!
