The host was so wonderful, the house beautiful, the location great. It just really needs air-conditioning to be habitable in the summer. We had to leave after one night (meant to stay 2) as no-one in the group could sleep, the fans weren’t effective enough and it really was so unpleasant. Any other time of the year great, but it should not have been priced as it was in the heat of summer without air-conditioning as it truly wasn’t habitable.

Lovely town house, great views, pool, outdoor dining all just 2 minutes walk from centre of Fornalutx, which itself is a stunning, unspoilt, little village.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits die Kommunikation mit Carolina im Vorfeld und ihr Empfang im Haus war sehr zuvormkommend. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Einizges kleines Manko, das uns aber bekannt war, ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Die Nächte waren recht warm;) Ansonsten alles tiptop! Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Fornalutx ist großartig, das Centrum und die Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In Port de Soller ist man in 15min. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a great stay in a beautiful house in an amazing setting. However it should have air conditioning. We arrived during a heat wave and the house even with fans was extremely hot and uncomfortable. For this reason we would not come back in summer
