(pros)We really liked the house, the location was perfect it's very close to the port which has everything, it was very clean, the patio area is great and there is a lovely warm water pool. The hosts were very nice and very responsive. (cons) The door in one of the bathrooms downstairs jams when opening/closing. The internet downstairs doesn't work. The aircon remote downstairs doesn't work, these are minor issues which didn't bother us that much and can be fixed easily. However! the driveway is a bit of a nightmare if you have mobility issues, which my mum has and you definitely won't get up there in heels, and the tiles around the pool are very dangerous when wet, I'm no expert but Imo they are possibly the wrong tiles for a pool. There were eight of us in the house, five slipped on the tiles including myself, my four year and my 87 year old father. There is no perfect house and we really liked this one but it's not without its problems.

Lluis’ villa was perfect for our family holiday. The location was excellent. It was an easy walk into Port de Soller giving easy access to the beach and the numerous activities it offered. Tramuntana Tours was nearby offering coasteering, bike tours and hire. The villa was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The pool area was fantastic and very private. It provided all we needed for a relaxing break. Lluis was always on hand if needed. Altogether a great place to holiday.

2nd time staying at the house. We had two separate couples with kids staying at the property. Between the upstairs and downstairs you can easily accommodate that set up. The hosts, Luis and Guillermo, are so incredibly kind and hospitable. It’s like you’re staying with lifelong friends when you rent from them. They are attentive, but also very easy going and pleasant to deal with. The home was quite well equipped and a great value for the rate they charge (which is very affordable). Also, they are a 3-4 min walk to the port. This is great because you’re so close, but it’s also quiet at night vs homes that are right on the port who deal with noise until at least 10:30 pm.

The Villa is lovely and characterful with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return. The swimming pool looked beautiful when lit up at night and the villa was tastefully decorated. It had everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could wish for and a barbecue. The hosts were friendly and when contacted replied quickly.
