This house features an all-new modern interior, new complete bathrooms and kitchen, and all-new furniture. You will find three bedrooms, all with views to the bay and with ample storage areas. Both bathrooms are large and also completely new, finished in impeccable white-angled tiles. The open living room-kitchen area is over 40 m2 with access to the front terrace to enjoy the views. The kitchen itself features an island for easy breakfast and all new appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc. Outside, the house features private parking for three cars and a nice garden. You will also find a beautiful swimming pool with views to the Soller bay. The house is surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees. This house is a gem, and its location is unbeatable; it is far away enough from the promenade that you won't run into the typical summer crowd yet an 8-minute walk takes you to the heart of the Port de Sóller. The views are truly amazing and you have direct view to the sunset over the sea. This is an experience hard to forget.

Tolles modernes Haus mit Swimmingpool und atemberaubender Aussicht oberhalb von Soller. Die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge sind vom Balkon aus herrlich zu geniessen. Alles sehr sauber und eine tolle Küche mit allem falls man selber kochen will. Miguel war sehr freundlich, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben knseren 5 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen

The house was lovely - a quiet spot but only 5 mins walk down to the beach and restaurants of the port. The walk up is steep and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues / prams etc. However we felt like we deserved the extra copa de cava after we got back to the top! It was very clean and had all of the equipment we needed. The kids loved the table tennis and pool. Easy parking was a bonus too! Thank you for having us!
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculate and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the several different coffee makers and kids play toys for the beach. The clean pool was also a great bonus. The host was fantastic and easy to reach. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The amazing views from the house were breathtaking, and it was just a short walk to town. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Es Tir. The house is beautifully renovated and incredibly well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay - glassware, dishes, cookware, cutlery, and a huge array of condiments and tea and coffee. There are stunning views over Port de Soller from every room. It’s so nice that we got a bit lazy some days, just hanging at home and eating and drinking in front of the view. The walk down the the waterfront takes 5 minutes. Lots of stairs - the first set is 96, then another 32 further on but no problem for us and we went up and down a lot. You come out in the middle of the action…coffee, drinks, food and activities all around you. The mosquitos were really the only bother - there are a lot of them. But there were several mosquito repellent “plugs” around the house which worked perfectly. Highly recommended for a short or long stay in beautiful Port de Soller.

This is a beautiful, just renovated house on the hills surrounding Port de Soller. This house enjoys spectacular views to the bay and its surroundings and complete privacy yet it is only an 8-minute walk to the promenade and beach.
