The house exceeded expectation. So spacious, great layout. Amazing views of the ocean and the sound and the sunset from multiple balconies! Well stocked kitchen. Great dinner table and outdoor seating. Perfect access to the beach right across the road.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and was very close to the beach. The only thing was that the hood over the stove was leaking and the chairs on the 4th floor balcony were broken and all the pieces were still scattered with bolts and screws all over the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at McSalty - the floor plan was perfect with a toddler, adult children, and great-grandparents! Every bedroom had a bathroom and the Elevator worked well for my 80+ yo parents to navigate getting to each floor! The views from the balconies were great to be able to see the ocean and beachfront. It was nice for all of us to gather on the main floor balcony in the evening after a day on the beach with plenty of seating, and a sweet swing for the older family members! The outside shower and extra hose allowed everyone to rinse off before heading back in. Having the beach access directly across the street was beneficial. Plenty of parking allowed for our cars to fit well in the driveway. The kitchen was well stocked, and having linens and bath towels provided was beneficial. The game closet and books available were a nice touch. Only negative I can say is the vacuum and Dustbuster did not work well, and a broom would be more beneficial for the sand at entryway

We had to call a couple of times to get the email with the lockbox code instructions. Otherwise, the home was fantastic and the overall vacation experience was outstanding. Walk to the beach was about 3 minutes.

Very poor communication with Vacasa. We knew we were going to be arriving early so we reached out several times before hand to try to get an early check in. They would always (after a long time) say to check our email that morning for instructions and about the possibility. They also said that they would send us the lock code that day as well. Well when the day came, no emails. I called through their 1800 number (no option to speak to someone local) and finally got a code, but they said it wouldn’t work until 4:00. No problem. However the problem was that the code they provided had letters and numbers, and our pad only had numbers. I again tried to get a confirmation of the code was correct. They just kept saying it would work at 4:00. At 4:00, still didnt work. Had to wait even longer on hold with corporate to get a completely new code. Dishwasher was still full on arrival. Also provided no check out instructions. Overall the home was nice but i missed having the local touch of AIRBNB
