Kate’s beach house was beautiful and the perfect match for my family vacation. With toddlers, the safety features on the deck were amazing and echo the other reviews on how perfect the view is. From sunrise to sunset, this house had everything we could have hoped for. Kate had the house stocked with everything we needed and more and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

We came down to Surf city for my friends bachelor party and wanted a nice area to enjoy ourselves and relax in between our planned activities. Kate’s home was the perfect spot for this comfortable, clean, plenty of amenities. Beautiful view right on the beach going to bed to the sound of the waves. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again 100% recommend.
