If youre trying to disconnect from everything great place. Wifi basically doesnt work. Cant stream or watch tv. No cell service. For work not the best location. To get back to nature perfect location.

I liked the location the most. It was easy to drive to the Omni Resort, town of Hot Springs, and the historic Warm Springs. This place was a nice option for a short family getaway. The host was kind and attentive, if needed. The house is connected but separate to the host home, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We LOVED having a 1 PM checkout time! There’s a beautiful yard. The only thing that detracted from the stay was the house layout. Two of the beds upstairs in the loft didn’t have doors or walls. It was open with just a standup screen so it lacked some privacy. The kitchen downstairs was a bit small and felt disconnected from the living room where we mostly spent our time. We cooked a big breakfast and while the kitchen was a little hard to use, we made it work.

We had a perfect weekend! The house itself is beautiful. Very close to downtown Hot Springs and the Homestead. We didn’t mind the kitchen, and knowing it didn’t have an oven ahead of time we brought our favorite take out for dinner the first night and went out the rest of the time. Worked out great for me! The house is cozy, charming, and peaceful. It was exactly what we needed. The hosts are lovely and we felt welcome and never worried once about our privacy. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home.

The host was so friendly and accommodating. One night we were going out and I let her know is that our small dog might bark while we’re gone. She offered to babysit the dog while we were the out, and she did! So nice! The house was so nice, comfortable, and clean. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Lovely beautiful Wood cabin. We really loved the tranquility & privacy. Easy to slip into Hot Springs & we enjoyed walking around the town & bathing in Jefferson pools. The best were plentiful & nice outdoor spaces. The host lives onsite & the house connects with a very short breezeway. While it’s was not a bother for us the WiFi while visible on tv & phones is not a strong enough signal to stream, surf or watch TV or even cast downloaded content. That was fine for us but if you need to work on-site it’s important to be aware. The kitchen is on the basement floor & is sufficient but no actual oven however there are 2 burners a nice fridge & microwave It is a GREAT VALUE for the area for sure! My sons LOVED the piano keyboard & yard. The woodwork is outstanding. I would suggest just Brit some evening games or downloading private tv prior to arrival Internet is very spotty in the area
