Husband and I stayed 4 nights at Nick’s place and it was exactly what we needed. Easy to find, very comfortable and clean, with nice open concept living space. Loved the decor and clutter-free spaces. Would definitely stay again. Nice carport parking, just need to maneuver out carefully since Arcata can be hilly 😉 Thanks again Nick!

We visit Arcata often. This is the nicest place we have stayed. The pics don’t give it justice. Very spacious and great views. Nick was very helpful and we feel lucky to have stayed there!

We loved staying in this spacious loft! Nice views and house set up. I would suggest adding that their is a tenant downstairs in the listing, it’s in the information once you arrive but I never saw that beforehand. We were conscious of our noise output but we have a toddler that cries and is loud sometimes, as a mom it can be stressful to worry about bothering others with the baby noises. We would definitely stay here again. Nick was a great communicator and very accommodating. Thank you for providing a lovely getaway.

Will definitely be coming back! The housekeepers did a great job too, those floors were spotless!
