Stunning Luxurious Mountain Vacation Home! 3000 square feet of extremely comfortable space for your large family/multiple families. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with accommodations for up to 12 people. Perfectly located at 5300 feet above sea level in Camp Connell, about 30 minutes from Lake Alpine and Bear Valley Ski Resort. Large living and dining room will accommodate your party easily. Maximum 2 pets allowed with additional fee for second pet. Large level lot with easy parking for multiple cars. Home is warm and inviting with master bedroom on main entry level. Just one small step entering home. Two additional bedrooms with queen and king beds and loft are upstairs. Loft has two double beds, two singles and one sofa sleeper. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your gourmet family dinner. 500 square foot detached Recreation Room provides fun for all with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, arcade table, and dart board (guest is responsible for bringing own darts), and sitting area. Large deck has a BBQ and comfortable seating for all. Family size Hot Tub is located on lower deck and is perfect for that post skiing/hiking soak. Master bathroom also has a large jetted tub. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: FREE Summertime Pool, clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, bocce, frisbee golf, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a children's playground, a multi-purpose field, and a large (reservable) BBQ area complete with professional grilling equipment and much, much more. OUTDOOR LIVING: Seating, umbrella, dining table, gas grill, large family size Hot Tub. INDOOR LIVING: 2 Smart TVs w/ cable, dining table, ceiling fans, board games, puzzles, books, laptop-friendly workspaces. 2,500 sq ft KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef kitchen, bar w/ seating, dishwasher, drip coffee or Keurig maker, toaster, cooking basics, complimentary spices, ice maker. RECREATION ROOM: 500 square foot air conditioned, Sitting area, large screen smart TV, Pool Table, Ping Pong, 14 foot Shuffleboard Table, Cocktail Arcade table with 60 popular games, Disco Lights, Dart Board (you must bring your own darts!), Corn Hole boards. We enjoyed staying at Paul and Diana's home. The house was bigger than expected and the kids fit in the loft area comfortably. The board games and rec room were a hit aswell.
This place was outstanding! The house was big but cozy, the hottub was relaxing, and the game room was a huge hit for our family. The surrounding area was beautifully peaceful. Such a great place to stay!! The house has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, and is big and spacious. Great for large groups - open living room in the front with giant windows looking out at the beautiful view. We went as a friend group with 6 adults and 5 kids, and there was plenty of room! Highly recommend this place, and the host is very communicative/accommodating. We are already wanting to book it again next year for our snow trip!

Our extended family really enjoyed our stay. We were able to ski and then had plenty to do while hanging out at the house. Game room was really fun and the rest of the house was really clean and comfortable.
