Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere und moderne Unterkunft mit einem schönen Balkon und einem tollen Rooftop samt Pool. Edgar hat sehr schnell geantwortet und uns jede Frage beantwortet. Rund um ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved Isla Mujeres! This location was perfect for us as it was away from city central yet still easily accessible to the main road where you can catch the bus for 20pesos if you want to be closer to the action. There were some AMAZING local food places to grab a bite, some of the best tacos we've ever had and a local bakery that was incredible. We look forward to coming back to Isla Mujeres.

Unfortunately, overall unpleasant experience as few positives were overshadowed by deceiving pictures and false claims from the host. Pros: • Modern building with key-less entry • The apartment looked clean • Rundown neighborhood but felt safe in cameras secured building • Beautiful rooftop views Cons: • Sewer smell from the shower drainage • Balcony- view of a boatyard • Hard uncomfortable bed We never complain about small inconveniences or discrepancies and try to focus on positives; but it was impossible this time. After our arrival we noticed that TV was not working properly. We immediately notified the co-host. We thought that situation is closed, since it was a prior existing damage that we didn’t cause. A few days later we got a request from host demanding that we cover a cost of a new, bigger than it actually was, TV set. We were stunned with his outrageous, false claim and with his apparent dishonest attempt. The whole situation left us appalled and very disappointed.
