Joshua was a rock star! We were moving from another Airbnb on the island, so reached out to Joshua about the possibility of checking in early. He responded right away, and met us at the Airbnb. He personally showed us around the Airbnb and gave us a lot of great information. The place was perfect! We have been to the island numerous times and this is our favorite out of all the places we have stayed. We ABSOLUTELY would stay here again!

Book with Joshua was fast and easy. The rooms were just described. He went above and beyond by creating a binder with all the info you need to make your stay a breeze. From WiFi info, restaurant recommendations and even instructions on how to use the coffee machine. He was flexible with check-in and checkout. Since we rented a golf cart having secure parking was a definitely a plus. Can’t wait to go back! I will definitely be staying here again. :)

We loved our stay! The place looks just like the photos and is beautiful with amazing views of both the Ocean and the Lagoon/Cancun. It had everything we needed including lots of towels. The beds were also very comfortable and the AC worked fabulous! I personally loved the central location on the island. I would definitely recommend this penthouse!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place and host! This penthouse apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and the views are spectacular! We felt right at home, we had a nice glass of wine, which was complementary, and enjoyed the views from the balcony. There is nothing I love more than a clean place, the beds, linens, towels, everything smelled clean. No need of AC, the ocean breeze is more than enough, but my husband loved that he had the option to turn it on at night. He enjoyed “city comfort”, hot water, good pressure, spaciousness, and high speed internet. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s (rated 4.8 and above) and this was the first place that provided drinking water, plenty coffee, and many cooking supplies, condiments... I most definitely will book this place again! Thank you, Josh, for having welcomed us to your place, we really appreciated your graciousness!
