Other than a beautiful home on the ocean, my family wasn't sure what to expect. However I will say our expectations were exceeded and any worries about travel to a foreign, unfamiliar country were quickly abated by the planning and professionalism of the Vaya Vida team headed by our host and house manager Hank. We had groceries waiting for us upon our escorted check in, a golf cart delivered for the week, timely and unobtrusive attention to every detail around the house by the housekeeper and houseman, numerous wonderful meals prepared by chef Sofia and her father, and more excellent recommendations and resources than we could possibly enjoy. My family and I were sorry to leave and having conversations about booking again before we had even checked out. Congratulations for the hard work and efforts put into your home and the services you have obviously worked to perfect over the years. Vaya Vida is truly a special place.

We had a wonderful time in a great house with a beautiful view! Hank, the manager, was a great host and his team took very good care of us. We will defiantly be back!

Casa Vaya Vida is truly a dream! The house and view were even more gorgeous than the photos. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) to spread out. It really feels like a home with tasteful decor, abundant towels and dishes, and lots of games for the kids. The outdoor space is amazing and so peaceful. This was a dream vacation for us - we felt relaxed from the moment we walked in the door. Hank and the rest of the team are incredible. They made us feel so welcomed and helped us with everything from beach club recommendations, golf cart rental, private chef, etc. A dinner from Chef Sofia is a must! Hank and the team made this a relaxing and stress-free vacation. We would love to return and couldn't recommend it more!

The house is just as pictured- absolutely no surprises, other than the good kind! 7 in our party felt like we had more than enough space to make ourselves comfortable and feel right at home, with the amount and use of both indoor and outdoor spaces. We were perfectly located on the island, with activities and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk in any direction. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely consider a return trip! Communication in the weeks prior to our vacation was effortless- Hank was a fantastic help, always within minutes of sending a message. Check-in and out was just as easy. We travel often in Mexico but this was our first time on the island- we'll be back, for sure!
