This house was very nice. We had a group of 11 adults. The pool was nice as well as the rooms. Everything was clean. We had the chefs cook us dinner on the arrival day so we could get settled in and it was delicious. Victor and Jenny, the onsite cooks who made us breakfast everyday and they fantastic as well as the breakfast. The both live on site but you never see them unless you need something. They were very accommodating of anything we needed. The house is at the south end of the island and it was very quiet. We may have been the nosiest group. I would definitely stay again with a group.

The home was just as described! As soon as you walk in you are surrounded by the beauty of Isla. Victor and Jena were the most amazing hosts and cooked us the best meals we ate on the island. Will be back soon!

A group of 12 adults enjoyed 4 nights at Casa Yaax to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. We loved that each guest room offered a private en suite bath and balcony area allowing us to all be together while also having our own private area to retreat to. Victor and Genny who are the care takers were absolutely wonderful and kind. We opted for meal service on property each day with a combination of lunches and dinners. Genny’s ceviche and guacamole was amazing and a great appetizer before dinner! Adrian, who we communicated with primarily prior to our arrival, also coordinated a grocery and alcohol pickup prior to our arrival, arranged for golf cart rentals, called for cabs when needed, recommended and reserved a day at Zama beach club, and arranged dinner at Marbella. All were fabulous and made for a truly incredibly experience during our time on Isla Mujeres. Would absolutely return and recommend this rental!

Casa Yaax was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I did a vow renewal ceremony here with our closest friends, and we're so happy we chose this location. We loved how open the Airbnb felt. From the moment you walk into the main living quarters, you get an amazing view of the property, including the outdoor space, which was both spacious and gorgeous. The infinity pool is very nice and provides a wonderful view of the ocean in the background. All the bedrooms as well were very spacious with great views of the sea. Adrian, our host, was very accommodating and communicative. Finally, I need to mention that Victor and Henny, the two staff on the property, are AMAZING. Victor was kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, and the meal that Henny cooked was the best food that we had in Isla Mujeres.

Came to Isla Mujeres for a bachelorette trip with 14 girls!! We are all obsessed!! Casa yaax could not have been any more perfect! First off, the place was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. The house staff is an amazing married couple- Victor and Henny. Their breakfast was delicious and Victors margaritas are unreal!!!! I highly recommend adding the food service day for lunch and dinner. Henny and Victor are fabulous chefs! They are the sweetest people and are so attentive and kind. Would come back to Casa Yaax just to be with them. Adrian the property manager was very thorough and responsive leading up to and during our trip. He assisted with coordinating our large group travel to/from Cancun airport. He also assisted with getting multiple taxis whenever we needed them and offered many other services to help assist our trip! Could not have been any easier! Would 10/10 recommend this place. I hope to be back in the future to experience this gorgeous property again!
