Cook & Housekeeping 8-4 p.m. Doorman ( Mandatory) It is a guest friendly house with the following limitations, please read them carefully: Registered guests are those who rented the house whose names and document numbers are requested 3 days before entering the house to speed up the check-in process. Outside guests guests are those who are not part of the reservation and who are invited to stay in the house during the day and night by the registered guests until 4:30 am. It is possible to invite external guests only up to the same number of the initially registered guests, up to a possible maximum of 24 guests that includes registered guests and outside guests all together, and these external guests can be in the house during the day and at most 4:30 in the morning. They will be considered sleeping guests (and charged as sleeping guests) if the doorman reports them inside the house after 4:30 am. Example: If 5 registered guests rent the house (they must be on the list of registered guests), they can invite no more than 5 guests from outside the house, so in total 5 registered guests and 5 outside guests, in total 10 people in the house. External guests cannot be after 4:30 am in the house. If 10 registered guests rent the house (they must be on the list of registered guests) they can bring 10 guests from outside the house so in total 20 people that include registered guests and external guests. External guests cannot be in the house after 4:30 am. If you booked for 15 guests, which is the maximum capacity of the house, (they must be on the list of registered guests), you can only invite 9 outside guests in this case because the maximum possible number of people in the house is 24 all together (outside guests plus registered guests). Outside guests cannot be in the house after 4:30 am. All external guests who are invited must present an official government document (passport or citizenship card) stating that they are over 18 years old. External guests who do not present to the doorman a valid original government document with a photo ID stating that they are over 18 years old, will not be allowed to enter the Villa. Minors (less than 18 years old) are only allowed to enter the villa accompanied all the time whit their respective parents. - - - - - - For those future guests who want to book closer to New Years Eve and at the beginning of January. It is normal that approximately between December 28 and January 15 Cartagena and specially Morros beach is a place for fire works, parties and electronic music festivals which have higher decibels levels than normal. Normally the electronic music parties start around the 3 of January and tend to finish around the 15th of January and because it’s probably the best beach in Cartagena, weddings and parties which are unusual sometime are done not directly in front of the beach of the house, but around 300 meters to 1 kilometer away from the house. Morros beach, for future guests to locate it better, is where the Americas Hotel, Sonesta, Holliday Inn, and Radisson hotels are located, and it is the same beach of the house. The house is located 120 meters from one of the hotels. - - - - - - - Minors (less than 18 years old) are only allowed to enter the villa accompanied all the time with there respective parents. A cook is included from 8 am to 4 pm. It is possible to have the cook from 6-9 at night to prepare and serve dinner at an additional cost. Groceries for lunch, appetizers or dinner are apart. Breakfast is included. Showers do have hot water. To access the beach ( 1-2 minutes walking distance in front of the villa), simply cross the street (little traffic) in front of the house and enter the lot in front with beach sand and a kiosk that belongs to the villa.
