Our stay was wonderful, although we were there for a tragic reason. Marilyn was very responsive and incredibly helpful in our time of need. We would absolutely recommend staying at Marilyn’s place, and would love to stay again under different circumstances!

The home is exactly as described in the description and that you see in the pictures! It was clean, spacious, quiet, had a well-appointed kitchen, a large sectional, a very large screened-in porch with seating and a table with chairs, etc. All of the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable which is really rare to find! All of the bedrooms were spacious. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for the entire family as well as extra bed linens. If we head down to St. Augustine again, we will definitely stay here again!

Marilyn was responsive when I had questions and could not locate information. The guest book was never found, however, so we were unaware of the possible information included in it, such as how to access the pool, location of possible beach towels and chairs, check out proceedures, etc. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable and modern. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient for us to meet up with local family and tour around the St. Augustine area. We were all pleased with our stay. Thank you Marilyn!
