House is nice and comfortable, with beautiful peaceful sunset water view from back lanai. Very convenient to golf and St Augustine. Michael is a great host!! Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Bedrooms and baths conveniently located for maximum privacy. Will definitely rent again when in the area.

House was nicer than expected. The description doesn’t do it justice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals including an icemaker, keurig, blender, pots, pans, casserole dishes, tupperware etc.. Plenty of beach and bath towels for 6-8 people. We enjoyed the screened in pool area although the pool is not heated and it was too cold to swim. All of the beds were comfortable. One queen room has a connected full bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!
