Really nice place to stay; the home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood with wide sidewalks to get out and enjoy the beautiful FL weather. I would make sure you check the cleaning fees that are charged. We assumed (incorrectly - our fault) that they included pet cleaning, as the initial fee was well above what we would expect to pay, based on the average cleaning costs in the area. We will provide that insight to the owner so they can re-assess the amount charged in the future to those who want to consider staying here. Overall, the communication with the owner was very responsive and helpful.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while we checked out homes to buy in the area. The space worked perfectly for us! We especially enjoyed the quiet community pool at the end of the street (many times we were the only ones there). The location was great, with easy access to I-95 and all of the stores nearby. The beaches were also very easy to get to! Marilyn was so helpful whenever we had any questions, and she even allowed us to extend our stay for two extra days so we could transition smoothly to our new home. I would highly recommend this house if you want a peaceful, quiet, and friendly neighborhood in WGV!

We were so glad we rented Marilyn's place. Great neighborhood, very quiet and clean and plenty of room that you dont feel cramped. This is definitely your home away from home. Plenty of restaurants near by and the beach and downtown are about 20 to 30 minutes away which we didn't mind. Its nice to leave all the traffic behind and come back to a peaceful neighborhood. If you are visiting St. Augustine dont hesitate to rent this gem

Marilyn was very attentive and responsive. The House location was in a nice quiet setting. Easy access to the highway. Plenty of restaurants around and grocery stores.
