Terry’s place is what I would call heaven on earth. Location was perfect to relax,unwind and reconnect. We had a wonderful time there. Accommodations were superb. We have never stayed at a residence that was so well stocked and brimming with all the extras!! A great deal of thought went into this and for that we are most appreciative. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

A gem at the end of the gravel road! This ranch home is the best Airbnb I have stayed in! We came here for my dog’s birthday because my sister lives a few exits down so we come here very often. We found this piece of heaven close to EVERYTHING! It is such a great location with a perfect amount of privacy. The attention to detail Terry puts into his home is very apparent and appreciated. This ranch home is filled with 3 bed rooms with its own unique vibe. The kitchen is completed with EVERYTHING you can need. The pool is where we spent most of our time, and there is a man cave with a volleyball court within a few feet of each other. Every morning, I go grab eggs to make breakfast from the chicken coop… WHAT A DREAM COME TRUE…. Fresh eggs from the backyard. The best part about this place is the PRICE! Don’t hesitate and book!

Pictures do not do this home justice, big, beautiful, well stocked. Beautiful home, Big beautiful yard, loved the man cave, the pool was refreshing. They had everything you could ask for. FRESH eggs every morning and Ms. Betty White did not escape. Private and quiet. We had a great time. If we go back to that area I would stay there again. Great hosts.

We loved our week in St Augustine. The house was great! Was as advertised and my family had a great time. The binder with local information and instructions was very helpful!!!

Terry was a wonderful host. He had his home prepared for us with a marvelous and welcoming ambiance. His home was well stocked with all modern conveniences which contributed to a comfortable stay. Whether spending time indoors or out, the home very much exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about being so far from St Augustine proper and the beaches, but the drive in was less than half an hour and the quiet countryside and amenities of the home more than made up for it. If we travel back to St. Augustine, I would definitely book with Terry again.
