We had the best time staying at Pary’s location! It was a beautiful community and a wonderful peaceful getaway. We were in town for a wedding and it fit our needs perfectly. Paty was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are in the St. Augustine area, I would highly recommend staying at this, or one of Paty’s properties. You won’t regret it and it made for a fabulous vacation!

We had a great weekend staying at Paty's condo. We were in town for a golf tournament and the location of the condo was so convenient to The King and Bear Golf Course! Quiet and relaxing, we also really enjoyed the pool and spa area. I would definitely stay here again. Paty was available to answer questions I had and responded very quickly. Condo was very clean and very spacious!

This was our second stay with a property managed by Paty and once again were very pleased. She excels at clearly communicating, following up and setting expectations. Would highly recommend this place.

We were in town for a family wedding and are so thankful Paty’s space was exactly what we needed and more. Tons of room to spread out and it was a beautiful location. If we ever find ourselves in the area in the future, we would certainly stay at her place again.
