Kibbletree Cottage is a two bedroom cottage located in the quaint village of Sewerby. Nestled on the edge of the seaside resort of Bridlington, and sleeping up to three guests, you can enjoy a tranquil or fun-filled break on the Yorkshire coast. Kibbletree is situated in a Mediterranean style courtyard along with the following cottages - Harvest, Horseshoe, Martingale, May, Martinmas, Low Barn, Old Stable, Swingletree & The Granary. The cottage benefits from a roomy open plan living, kitchen and dining area and it forms the perfect place to retreat to after a day of exploring. You can relax on the sofa and turn on the flat screen TV or enjoy a hearty meal at the round wooden dining table which offers seating for all guests. Boasting both modern and traditional features, the kitchen is fitted with baby blue kitchen cabinets, as well as being fully equipped for self-catering staycations. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily, including an oven, hobs, microwave and a kettle. The cottage boasts two tranquil bedrooms. You’ll find a double bedroom and a generously sized single room. Both made up using plush bedding and linens, a great night’s sleep is guaranteed. Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience. Outside, the cottage has its own private patio which leads into the central Mediterranean-style courtyard and common areas. The central feature of the courtyard is a 200-year-old Olive tree set in a raised circular flower bed. You’ll find designated private garden areas within the courtyard with private patios surrounded by raised flower beds, each with an abundance of shrubs, seasonal flowers, and palms. Dusk till dawn automated exterior mood lighting to set the scene around the grounds. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
