Beautiful place, with stunning views of the Louisville Skyline from the roof top lounge. Nicely furnished. Clean. Excellent place to stay.

We really enjoyed ourselves while in town for the Kentucky Derby. When we come back for the Derby or anything else at Louisville, we will definitely stay again

Good location with bars/restaurants in walking distance. Clean and nicely decorated inside.

Pros: Great location to access downtown Louisville, loved the rooftop access. Owner was quick to respond when I had issues getting in as well. Cons: The key fob added security but was extremely difficult to find and use. The instructions to check in were not as clear as owner assumes they are but she did guide me to where I needed to be. But then I struggled to understand the door lock. So getting in and out was frustrating. Also there was only one key fob which made it hard when you have more than one guest coming and going. Also were some minor cleaning issues, no trash bag in the bathroom can, and we found several used utensils when looking for silverware- when we went to put them in the dishwasher there were also dishes in the there. Just a bit off putting but nothing horrible. The location itself makes it worth recommending.
