We were in town for a volleyball tournament in the area and wanted more of the homey comfortable of a place than a hotel. Michael and Bryce’s place provided just that. The place was cute, clean and just the way it was described in the listing. Michael was very responsive when we had a few questions on the property. We were a little short on toilet paper and paper towels and they had some delivered within a few hours. What service!!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place close to downtown.

Would not recommend people to stay here they definitely don’t keep up on the hot tub as they promise and the house has ants in it bad the cabinets aren’t properly installed and the shower curtains fall we were promised a perfect stay with everything working and we messaged them twice before our trip being ensured that everything was clean and in working order then we walked into a not working fridge and disgusting hot tub then they promised to give a refund and say what they think is fair then they only give you 10% of it would not recommend staying at this house

House was clean and organized. Gathering spaces for family was small but plenty of room to sleep the family. Great proximity to downtown. Neighboring houses were rougher but never felt unsafe. The hot tub was a big let down and from reviews, others agree (we didn’t see these reviews until after our stay). I’m not too familiar with pricing of competing rentals in the area but price seemed high for the location and amenities. It was very nice that they had a pack and play for a child on hand since we didn’t have our own. Overall the stay was good, just wish it was priced a little better.

Our group of 7 people planned a 3 night stay in this place based off positive reviews, decent price and the pictures. Check in was very easy with the smart lock but we had issues from the moment we walked in. The house was 54 degrees on the inside and the furnace would not turn on whatsoever. We alerted the owners and they said a tech could not come out until the next day. No big deal considering there were conveniently enough space heaters in the closets of each room (I wish this was a joke). When the tech came out he discovered sketchy wiring that was exposed outside and the HVAC system wasn’t even installed properly Next we discovered the master bathroom toilet was clogged and left that way prior to our arrival. After that the hot tub would not turn on to heat up so we contacted the owners. They told us how to turn it on but it took 2.5 days to get up to a reasonable temperature. The water was gross and the hot tub needs a cleaning They offered partial refund for these issues
