This vacation rental was great! It smelled great, it was clean, and cozy. The host were attentive and responsive expeditiously.

Great place to stay! Very cozy, nice amenities. Parking was a little confusing at first but once we found it , it was super nice. Really cute little yard space also.

Pros: parking spot/private yard just as described Cons: missed small driveway/unit sign, was not as clean as I'd hope (esp considering long checkout list & high cleaning fee), no way to control temp inside unit - was a constant struggle, wifi info not available in unit, hardest memory foam mattress I have ever felt, could hear the other guests well past "quiet hours", kitchen/bathroom sinks had only mildly warm water, missing paper towels/kitchen towels/scrubbers to clean dishes with, lack of blinds on windows made it feel like anyone could look in, overall state of furniture/tub/shower/bathroom mirror was damaged/unclean (felt the need to take pics upon arrival) It looked like a lot of effort went in to converting the house into units, but since then maintenance has been lacking. I felt like I became a nuisance to host, responses became delayed, I just stopped reaching out after the first couple of days. It was fine, but it was a difficult trip. An easier rental would have helped.
