I can’t say enough wonderful things about Briar Patch Cottage! This ranks in my top 5 favorite AirBnBs (others were in New Zealand and Hawaii). I was looking for a peaceful getaway and although we go to Julian multiple times a year…we never stay the night. You can bet we’ll be doing this more as Briar Patch was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do and perched amongst the trees in a way like we felt we were in a treehouse. Just the sweetest little spot and super clean! Noel was very responsive and even granted us an earlier check-in. So kind! We’ll be back & sharing with friends!

We throughly enjoyed our time in Julian. It even snowed! The cottage is super cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Briar Patch Cottage is exactly as advertised. Super cute, very clean, fully stocked. It’s only a short walk from all the shops and restaurants in Julian but also very quiet. The hot tub under the stars was an added bonus. The host Noël was super responsive although everything was perfect so we never needed anything! We hope to stay again someday.
