Clean house, remodeled, house was spacious, 3 story home. House is perfect for small group gathering|hosting or family of 5+ All the amenities you need to cook and maintain their home are available. Claudia the host was nice, responsive, and flexible when it came to modifying the original reservation. My family enjoyed the supplied games and puzzles. If you don’t have a car, grocery delivery was easy and fast. Roche Brothers grocery store is not far away and has a wonderful selection of fruits/veggies/meats and local food and products. Our visit was during Thanksgiving and it was beautiful. We plan to come back in the summer time.

Beautifully furnished home in a scenic location on the water. Spending the afternoons and evenings on the deck for sunset was a highlight. We brought a boat down for the week for a couples fishing trip, dock access is best suited for a shallow draft boat but doable with a bit of tide planning on a 25' with 17" draft. There's about 4ft of water depth at the dock at high tide and 1ft at the lowest tides, and does get deeper as you leave the dock.

Beautiful place and area - was great for our large family. Claudia was very responsive with our requests and calls. Kids had fun kayaking. It was disabled friendly too with the ground floor large bedroom and bathroom. Very bright and lovely house!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. It is spacious and bright. We made use of the kayaks and the community pool. I would be happy to stay here again.
