The drive up, surroundings and view were exactly what we anticipated and wanted...peaceful. There was a significant incline up the driveway but perfect to begin and end our local hikes. The location was close to a little market, coffee houses, and restaurants. It was about 4-6 miles from Ojai proper, but a straight shot. We enjoyed this location as it was only 1.5 miles from an event we were attending at Ojai Roots, so it was perfect for us. The house was homey and provided us with the ambiance we were looking for, warm and inviting. The pot bellied fireplace was inviting as we ended our nights with a glass of wine and a chat on the comfy furniture. When I contacted our hostess, she was ALWAYS on the ball and replied quickly and with the exact information needed. Will definitely visit this location again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious, the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed to make the specialty foods we enjoy. Shelly was responsive and kept in touch, but gave us our privacy without bother. We would definately stay here again. Ojai was lovely.

My friend and I had a great time at Shelly's place. Her directions were appreciated and easy to follow - the house itself was cozy and tranquil. It's a quick 10-15min drive to downtown Ojai - everything was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was a lovely home with fantastic views. Comfortable and homey. The kitchen was large and well equipped, and a great space for the family to hang out in. A short drive to Ojai but private and quiet when we in the house. We had a great stay.

The ovation was perfect for what we needed. The Mountain View’s were nice, and we even saw the “pink moment” on the topa topas from the living room.
