Overall it was a good stay. It is a nice location and a relatively new apartment. However, it could use some love. The walls were pretty beat up with scuffs and the furniture appears to be from IKEA and it is getting to the point of it not being comfortable anymore. It was not as clean as I would expect, with dusty vents and stained towels. The kitchen was very minimal, with plastic plates and cheap silverware. I expected it be nicer based on the photos. The host was very responsive and we did not have any issues outside of aesthetics. Overall, I would expect it be a little higher quality for the price paid.

This is my second time staying at Zack’s place for a work trip. Great location, quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The only thing I wish I had known was that I could drive up to unload my suitcase before I went to park the car. Also, keep in mind there is a very steep and long staircase to get up to the unit--not a big deal with a carry-on, but I had a bigger bag and it was a bit of a hike. The unit itself was clean and well laid out and there was plenty of street parking. I also liked that it was central to so much in Denver. I had an issue with the wifi one day, but Zack and his team were responsive and we got the issue resolved pretty quickly.
